Asian vegetables and tofu simmered in a savory green curry sauce served over aromatic jasmine rice. This delicate sauce combines coconut cream, fish sauce, our custom Thai green curry paste and Thai stock.


Cooked Thai Jasmine Rice
Green Curry: Thai style vegetable stock (water, vegetable juice concentrate [carrot, onion, celery], ginger, sea salt, Thai basil, spices), coconut cream (coconut extract & water), green curry paste (water, Thai basil, shallots, cilantro, ginger, cane sugar, lemongrass, spices, garlic, dehydrated jalapeño pepper, lime juice concentrate, galangal powder, sea salt, Thai chili, lime peel, anchovy extract, kaffir lime oil), fish sauce (water, anchovy, salt, sugar), palm sugar, lime juice concentrate, turmeric.
Vegetables: Red pepper, green peas, bamboo shoots, baby corn.
Tofu: Filtered water, certified organic soybeans, Coagulants* (magnesium chloride, calcium chloride or calcium sulfate).
* Chloride – type nigari salts magnesium or calcium chloride are derived from sea water and calcium sulfate is a natural mineral mined from the earth.

  • Remove jasmine rice pouch.
  • 2
  • Microwave rice pouch for 3 minutes. The pouch will balloon during the last 30-40 seconds. (1000 W microwave. Adjust time to watts. Heat rice to 165F). Let pouch sit for 1 minute and then open with scissors. Please handle carefully as contents will be hot.

  • While rice is cooking, pour remaining ingredients from the package into a 12 inch non-stick skillet. Cover and cook over high heat until the sauce is liquefied, about 5 minutes. Stir well and continue cooking covered, stirring occasionally until sauce starts to bubble (about 3 more minutes). Reduce heat to simmer and cook for an aditional 5 minutes or until vegetables feels tender. Product should be cooked to 165°F. Turn heat off.

  • Pour vegetable green curry mixture over Thai jasmine rice and enjoy!
